What if my products doesn’t sell?

After 60 days, seller will be contacted in matter of pricing or discounts. If changes have been made and still does not sell for 90 days, we have the right to send back your items.

How do we send our products?

However the sellers recommend, we are open to any suggestions sellers thinks most efficient.

Items Expiry Date

We encourage sellers to double-check their items’ expiry dates before sending it to us. If items that are expired have been sent to us, we have the right to return the items.

Product Damage

Sminka does not legally responsible for any loss or damage caused by unwanted incidents outside office. However, we are responsible for any damages in-office.
